The site you need to visit to get the update for the installer is:

Helm - Uploading Your Site

To upload the files for your website you will need an FTP client program such as WS FTP LE found here or you can use Internet Explorer to upload files.

As part of our security policy we do not allow FTP passive mode file transfer. Set your FTP client for active or port mode transfer. If you are using a firewall, like the one built into Windows XP, you may have to open up ports 20 and 21.

Helm - Creating Email Addresses

Creating POP3 mail boxes and forwarders is easy with HELM. To access the page to edit these please click on Domains and then on the domain you want to edit email for.

Helm - Adding A Records For Webmail And The Control Panel

Adding an A record so that you can use webmail.yourdomain.com or control.yourdomain.com can be done 2 ways.

The first way will create webmail or control.yourdomain.com and add it to one domain only. The second method I will explain will add these records as global records which means that when you or a client adds a domain then webmail and control will be added automatically.

Note:  The following instructions are for those using the AJL01 server. For those using the AJL03 server please contact support for the IP information.

Helm - Logon

Logging into the Helm control panel is very simple. Open a browser and go to the URL provided by your Helm administrator, and enter your username and password. If you can’t remember your password, click on the “Click Here” link and a new password will be emailed to you.

Helm - Changing Your Password

The password you choose at the start of the installation might not be ideal. You might want to change this at a later date. We recommend that you change your password to a combination of letters and numbers at least 8 characters in length.

Click on the “Password” icon and enter your old (current) password and then your new password. You’ll also need to enter your new password again, as a confirmation.

Helm - Customizing Your Control Panel

Helm provides several areas to customize how the control panel will appear to your customers when they login. We recommend that you customize your control panel before proceeding and further. To begin the customization process, click on the “Account Settings” link. From there, you will find several icons and sub pages that we will explain in depth.

You will be taken to the Account Settings screen:
